Eligibility: This policy applies to products purchased directly from Dr. Cohen’s Heal my Body website. Contact the original retailer for third-party purchases.
Exchange Period: The refund and exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. We reserve the right to reject any refund or exchange request if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at order@acuball.com to initiate the process
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
- Please allow [5-7] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- if a refund is issued, it will be minus the initial shipping charged with your order. Refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Warranty: We have a 5-year replacement warranty on all of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and abnormalities from normal use. A warranty claim must be submitted to www.acuproducts.com/warranty-claims/
Please Note: Any deviation from the stated heating instructions voids the warranty.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for both a refund or exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Verification and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product qualifies for a refund or exchange, it will be processed within 5 business days.
