"I am still recovering from a serious pelvis / back injury. I still felt things tightening up all over if I worked a bit too hard. This roller is the perfect addition to my exercises. I especially liked the way I was able to give the top of my shoulders and neck muscles a deep, self massage. "This is my second one and I totally love it! I have a tight back and the soothing heat along with the acupressure releases the tightness. You just need to be careful how long you heat them and the type of power your microwave has. My first one lasted very well until I put it in a higher voltage microwave. "I had one of these years ago and really liked it. Unfortunately my husband wanted to use it and put it in microwave for 2 minutes when it should only be 50-60 seconds. It blew up. I was happy to find this one on Amazon. It's great for knotted up muscles and pressure points. Just put it under area where your problem area is. Move it to another area after a few minutes or keep it in same place. I fall asleep with mine in one spot, wake up and move it to another problem area. Works great for me."

I love that all these products can be warmed up in a pot of boiling water. Do not microwave this one. Boil it in a pot for 10min only! Huge help to me.

"I could not get by without the acuball. I have fibro and get crazy evil spots on my traps etc that lead to migraines. I have to use multiple modalities to help me with this and the acuball is one of them. I use it in bed with a pillow and then if the spot is not relieved I use it on the floor with a yoga mat and contort myself to get the evil spots. Using it with a heating pad is even more effective. I love the spikes which really help to get tight spots."
